Kenley Kids is proud to offer FREE standard shipping within the United States.  Expedited shipping is also available anywhere within the United States at a cost of $5.95.


When should I expect my order?

All orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.  Free standard shipping normally takes about 5-7 business days while expedited shipping normally takes about 2-3 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently do not stock any inventory outside of the U.S but international order can be placed through our Amazon store.  Note that the customer will be responsible for any taxes or duties that may apply.

What is your return policy?

Kenley kids offers free returns on any regularly priced purchase within 30 days. 

The product must be in its original, unused condition & packaging.

To initiate a return, simply take a photo of your tray showing its condition and simply send an e-mail to kenleykidscompany@gmail.com with your original invoice number and the reason for your return. 

Once your request is approved, we will send you an RMA number with further instructions.

If you purchased your tray on sale or with a discount code, we will still accept returns within 30 days but you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Note that if returned items do not match the condition of the submitted photo(s) and cannot be resold, we reserve the right to refuse the return.

What if my order is damaged?

If your travel tray arrives damaged or is defective in any way, we sincerely apologize and look forward to making things right.

Damaged items must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order.  Simply send us a photo of the damage to kenleykidscompany@gmail.com and we'll assist you with a return or exchange.
