Kenley Kids is proud to offer FREE standard shipping within the Continental United States.  Expedited and priority shipping are also available anywhere within the United States at an additional cost (calculated at checkout).

 

When should I expect my order?

All orders are typically processed within 24 hours (Mon-Fri).  Free standard shipping normally takes about 3-5 business days, expedited shipping normally takes about 2-3 days and priority takes 1-2 days.  Note that shipping times to Alaska & Hawaii will normally take an additional few days.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently do not stock any inventory outside of the U.S but international orders can be placed through our Amazon store.  Note that the customer will be responsible for any taxes or duties that may apply.

What is your return policy?

Kenley kids offers FREE returns on all orders within 30 days of your date of purchase.

The product must be in its original packaging and unused condition.

To initiate a return, simply send an e-mail to info@kenleykids.com with your original invoice number and the reason for your return. 

Once your request is approved, we will send you an RMA number with further instructions.

Note that if the returned products are not in sellable condition we reserve the right to refuse the return or issue a partial refund.

What if my order is damaged?

If your travel tray arrives damaged or is defective in any way, we sincerely apologize and look forward to making things right.

Simply send an e-mail to info@kenleykids.com with a photo of the defect and we'll get a return started for you or send you a replacement.
